Thank Jens, thats what I thought. Also its not necassarily a bad thing authorizing and selling these new shares if it is for the interest of the company correct. Such as building stock in their product for these new, large accounts. Or possibly for an acquisition. My guess is that the new CFO probably got a big chunk of them. Actually that would require registering them with the SEC if he got over 5% correct? This would now make him an insider. I only trade stocks for fun and do not do this for a living so I do not know all the rules. I like this company alot and have high hopes for this one. Wish we didn't end down on friday though.

Another stock I like (because it got hit real hard recently) is RAIN. Its not a penny but I think its a great deal right now. I haven't been to one of their restaurants yet but know alot of people who have raved about it. They just opened one in a mall close to me in NY State.
