<<What is the difference? I can't tell.>> Neither can I. BTW, I noticed that in their latest 10Q, TSIG increased outstanding shares by over 12,000,000 from June 30th to August 12th. Outstanding shares as of Aug 12th is 53,377,738 versus 40,967,256 on June 30th. I'm feeling a little diluted!
