ref.www.sec.gov page 20 "Between November 1, l997 and May 4, l998, the Company sold 1,608,218 Shares of its..common stock.. prices ranging from $0.62 - $0.67 per common share ...for $978,400 to 9 accredited investors and 28 unaccredited investors." Most of common shares issued to date are "restricted" shares. Good move on the part of mgt. Conclusion: The volume is low because the bid is not what the unrestricted share holders belive the value to be. EK
