Joe in Iowa let me first say I have not read the S1 (someone said it was about 1400 pages). Maybe Sergio could speed read it for us. <g>

I did look to see if I could find where they mentioned a $14 to $16 come out price. The places I saw had blanks for the $ amounts. Any idea where these numbers are coming from and are they a qualified source? Secondly, I looked at the proforma numbers and saw that last year the company and the one they acquired would have done (.42) loss.

I see for the second quarter that they earned .01. While scanning for
the share price I also saw that 87% of the companies business is dependant on the housing industry. That is FA stuff for long term holders though.

I don't see the value of $14 or $16 and doubt very seriously that there would be institutional interest knowing that as soon as they bought at $14 to $16 that chances are most of the 2 million float would say see ya!

Almost always, things that sound to good to be true......
