I read the 10Q and the exclusive agreements with both lycos ands c-net are fully disclosed. In fact $300,000 of the cost of the web sub is a marketing payment to one of them. I assume they will disclose these next week, as they are now publicly known facts. Everyone concerned here will know and I assume "spread the word."

The numbers look pretty good coming sequentially from losses to breakeven in the old business.
