To All, IBM Announcement!!!!

O.K.,sorry, the Header is sort of a dirty trick. But the following
is legit - from Friday's Financial Post, Toronto (new home of Rocket
Roger). In it's ENTIRETY (and for what it's worth ...):

IBM Canada Ltd., CGI Group Inc. and Informission have
formed a consortium to adapt existing computer systems
for the year 2000. CGI and Informission, both based in
Montreal, are consultants and Informission is experienced
in computer-code conversion. Many computer systems were
programmed to represent the year with just the last two
numbers, with two digits to save memory, said IBM Canada,
and may become inoperable in 2000 without adaptation.
This requires millions of lines of code to be converted -
a $2-billion market in Canada.
- Robert Gibbens/FP

Stan, I don't believe DocStone will doubt your IBM connections
again.

MYLABT,
Carl

P.S. When I get some time I'll see what I can find about CGI
and Informission. Everybody already knows about IBM ...
