The 13 dRSI shows the possibility of a higher low in the indicator while the index has continued down. With the speed of things these days, it's possible that the bottom for the R2K is very near. That's not to say that a sustained rally is in the works but it's at least encouraging. I wouldn't expect any more than 2 instances of convergence. One just might be enough.
