AAPC.... Joe the following news release would concur with the stated amount in the post that you listed. biz.yahoo.com This is really bizzare. I just went back to copy the wording from the S1A to show you and that verbage is there now. Really wierd. I will scan it for a little bit but if I am right, I believe that you will see somewhere in there some sort of a reverse split for the existing share and stock price. But if that was the case they would need shareholder approval wouldn't they? Cary
