Jeff Rainey, well stated and FACTUAL. If spriggs has anything of value it will likely end up in litigation and be tied up for years. I think the shareholders are at the back of the bus and the end of the long line of people wanting something. If you are looking for Pierce to clean up anything I would expect it to be his personal affairs. He still has an SEC case awaiting trial. Like I said before; his case was severed not because it was dropped but only to be moved to a different jurisdiction. Dusty
