I think there are talks going on. If you step back and realize that WCII is the most advanced provider of the last mile, at this time, you should feel great. That is, if you believe someone wants the wireless last mile.
I do not believe any of the prices that have been thrown around both as rumors and the experts guesses at future value. I don't think anybody is that damn smart at predicting what WCII will be in 12 months for example. Steve has a point though in that the price would be very different from a partner or out right buy. I do not believe that Bill R refused a viable offer. You must remember, it is a poker game. Once you 'call' your up and down is set. But if you 'raise' you are still in the game.
This recent weakness has maybe shifted our focus from the company to the price and the market. Talks are going on in my opinion. Blaming Bill R is unfair I think.
Yes, there is a minor bear market. Well, a correction really. Asia, Russia etc get people nervous. However, in this country we have record low unemployment, low interest rates, maybe a little tinge to inflation. Good shape. Clinton ? If I were him, I would tell them Monday that I'm not discussing my sex life. Period.
