Hi Greencloud: No nothing here on the US Navy contract - one of just several being worked on now. I haven't looked into it from this end. Thanks for the update on the status of the testing by the navy. Do you have a contact # for someone that we could talk to in the navy? If so PM it to chris or Gino. I'll be in Idaho all of next week. Thanks for the update, The "News" yesterday wrt the Napier-Aquasol merger was at first a cause for concern - I was on the phone with Chris when it came out. He followed up - and within TWO HOURS we knew the general outline of the lawsuit - but obviously none of the details. 206.253.196.11 In the grand scheme of things it's nothing - just a further delay - an outsider now wants back in at Aquasol to get their hands on the mountain of $$ that are coming for the private shareholders as part of the ~5.9 million NIR shares that Napier is using to buy 100% of Aquasol. It's too late for that person - decided to leave - tough. Now want's back in - can't have it both ways. I guess things like this should be expected when there are major $$ involved :-( Regards, David :-)
