Steve,
The complaint has not been filed yet. It takes a long time to draw up
a complaint. The attorneys have to gather evidence and get the co-operation
of the investors and then they have to decide who to serve and how
many are involved. We have no problems with time limitations because
according to the law you have a year to sue. We have plenty of time.
Attorneys prioritize cases by statute of limitations. However they
have done a great job up to this point and have accomplished more than
I would have expected.
So until the parties are served, you will not see any evidence of a
lawsuit. People involved will confirm that we are indeed taking
action.
Thanks.
Alice
