You are such a Parrot, you only know what TRAV tells you. If what you say is true, why did the NASD Rafi to disgorge ALL of the above market profit in Future and KNIC over 4 years ago? The SEC case now against Rafi is a follow on; people bought in above market in those situations have had their money back for eons now.
The SEC was so pissed off about the abuse of the CNS that they went after Rafi Khan a second punitive time. That's what the July 30, 1998 case is all about. So, we've now got the NASD and the SEC saying that this is market manipulation. Next up, IBUY, WALD and W(ED)Bush in less than 3 weeks. That one will put WALD out of business and W(ED)Dbush, the man himself will wish he had never met Cere Perle. Soon enough, TRAV will wish he'd never spoken with Perle.
There is NO situation where above market buyins are legal. CRIMs like TRAV, Perle and Rafi use it to gather short term cash while they are beaten out of the industry. You're dealing with a BAD guy. Do yourself a favor dodo and talk to a real wirehouse, no some Denver penny stock crim firm.
