Note this part: Keith E. Benjamin, CFA - 415-693-3285 Do you think Keith might look good in prison blue? I believe he would. It is my opinion that he is violating the CFA code of ethics. In particular, he mentions a possible upside surprise in earnings for AMZN. However, he never mentions a possible downside earnings surpise as being possible. Last quarter we had just that. Keith Benjamin lowered his earnings projects a lot. That is a downside surprise is it not? Glenn
