I don't know about the rest of our fellow investors, but I feel satisfied now that I have
been so completely screwed. And to think that there is more to come makes me
quiver with excitement.

Let's guess what could be ahead:
(1) income from wells (if any) will be heavily drained by debt obligations and promises
to mystery lenders and other shadowy associations
(2) new NAMXD stock price will now fall to the low that we saw with old NAMX
stock
(3) another corporate reorganization --- new names, but same game
(4) a continuation of old policy of secrecy
(5) we will learn that agreement with UPR on helium wells is not going to produce
income after all
(6) use of EM-Sounder will never be mentioned by management again
(7) paperwork to NASDAQ will never be submitted
(8) company will declare bankruptcy after draining all assets

I feel justified in my cynicism based on past performance of the so-called
'management', and history of secrecy. There has been deception and half-truths laid
upon us beginning with the formation of the original IMMM.
