well, had congress given adequete funding and not had to deal with the petro lobbies, fusion might well be a reality.

ok, companies change. thats it. if you expect these rather large enterprises that are GLOBAL to go out of business you need to go have a cat scan.

ADSL deployments havent even begun and cable modem service is limited at best. as i have stated before i live right behind timewarners austin HQ. austin has the third highest percentage of computer users in the country. if timewarner for one was serious, austin would be a deployment site.

your comments make me think of all the knowledgable people who have said for years that photolitho is just about to its end. i guess no one thought to tell the semiconductor industry.
