jjsirius, I have e-mailed Tom Dorsey and suggested a site ranking the sectors by their RS. This plus reversals to the upside or Bull Alerts and Bull Confirmed status ought to ring up some fine returns. I haven't heard from Tom yet. I'd love to hear what he thinks of the idea. The only other thing I can do is watch the tape and see how individual stocks in various sectors are doing. For example, I've been seeing RS steadily increasing in various Tech stocks. I can only conclude that the overall Tech sector is improving its RS. These are my observations, but it would be great to have this confirmed by ranking the sectors RS plus pick up other sectors whose relative performance is improving. This is a great time to be finding tomorrows leaders. Best regards.
