JDN--I lost considerable money on this stock, and haven't posted for the past few months. But, I want to point out something, that I feel is a misconception by the current shareholders. Nothing in the SEC requirements, precludes a company from announcing a contract during the quiet period. The company can't forecast potential earnings, or give any forward looking statements, but can make announcements of a contract or other announcements that are statements of the normal course of business. I currently have a position in a new IPO, that put out a contract announcement, and checked this out with their IR firm. The gentleman I spoke to, read me the ruling, right out of the SEC guidelines. I thought you current cmnd holders would be interested in this info---Jan
