What are some good ISP's to use when connecting with Cyber via ISDN dial-up? I am considering changing ISP's soon in an attempt to get a better, more stable and reliable connection. My analog line can't seem to get better than 28.8 k for some reason, so ISDN is the way I'm going. Any suggestions for a better ISP? BTW, anyone using ADSL yet and have any comments on connecting with it? - Thanks Bill
