There is in MHO only one very slim chance for the shareholders. If the judge looks at the millions of dollars involved in this mess, it is possible he could award any monies available to the shareholders.

If that were to happen the first shareholders in line is the preferred shareholder. That is not exactly a win-win solution for everyone. Many of us held some of each, ie. Preferred, common and warrants.

I would hope nothing would be awarded to Midland; unless strict guide lines were put into place.

All officers and board members currently connected to the company should to be dismissed and replaced with competent replacements.

We need NEW blood that can and will breath new life in this company.
This would do wonders in restoring creditability to the company and restoring faith in the shareholders.

I don't hold much hope in the above scenario; for some reason or another "crime seems to pay, in the USA." JMO

We will most likely see little more than a slap on the wrist. Then it will be back to business as usual. I pray not!
