My complaint is that the SEC announced nearly a year ago that if a BB stock is not reporting by xxx date, it will be delisted to the pink sheets (the biway of stock exchanges) BUT has not announced any developments with this soon-to-be law since. Who knows when they will actually implement this law? 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years? No one knows....PLUS from the time they announce it will be law they will need to allow another 6 months before the law is implemented to my knowledge.

Why bring out this rule if they are not going to implement it? Or if they had no intent to implement it for several years?

Too much CRAP is taking place on this exchange while we await the implementation of this law. I for one, look forward to this law because it means that all paid hypers, scammers, promoters, etc. will be shut down unless they disclaim their connection (since it will show up in the filings). Right now, the paid shmos are simply getting paid to hype the non-reporting stocks, since there is no record to the general public of their compensation

Stop the madness!!!
