Dusty, Good post, except I would elaborate one sentence just a little bit... IMO, the first ones to get paid will be the brokerage houses that got nailed with this, the lawyers, the IRS, the administration fees for the LT and then if there is anything else left the shareholders may see something. I don't know if preferred would be a factor or not, unless all of this happened before October. jmo, Binder
