i don't think that it is a typographical error at all.. Too many coincidences here..And if it is, your other "theory" does not make sense.. Why would the MM's want ANY shares at any price if there was not some "knowledge" that the shares would rise in volume??!! ALSO..... who would accept shares in lieu of payments at 0.01 cents per share.. do you realize that at that price agti would have to give 100,000 (approx) . shares to someone in lieu of say approx. $1,000 owed/.... I don't see it that way at all... Usually when a stock revers splits and/or is heading totally towards bankruptcy it tanks in volume BIG TIME.. this is not happenning here.. No, folks.. something is definitely on the horizon.. what is it?? If the float is around 30 -40 million.. it would take only approx. 15 to 17 million shares owned (which can be bought now at approx. $180,000!) to own a controlling percentage of the co.!!! If this plc co. is the buyer they have to be very close to owning the 17,000,000 shares at this point if not more... Even if these shares came from outside the float,,SO WHAT! that would be only 50 million approx. shares floating... that still is not terrible.. And this new co. would be in a total controlling position..Now why would a co. want to be in a controlling position of anything if it did not see "PROFIT" in that position? If this PLC co. is the deal, we are going to see some very wild, wild action on this stock very soon.
