Kelloggs I would wait for the announcement of a price cut - the company is sick. This company is one to watch, but not to buy with a margin of safety until it takes its pain. Diebold I would be buying below 30. I have also looked closely at Pep Boys and all I can say is that it is interesting to watch - I would wait for something to develop - the company's turnaround plan is not convincing anybody, maybe because they change the plan every three months. The others are somebody else's game. Hope that's helpful.
