Hi Mike,

I think the market has priced in those factors in the ASND price. Just look at its price, in May the stock hit $71. Now, it is still 67. And
its projected next 12 month earning is about $1.39. I think it is fair valued. It may be something else seems negative, insider selling.
I don't really believe their late 56K modem delivery would affect anything since the 56K modem technology is not mature yet. I am still
holding it.
