I2,

Unfortunately for the Bulls, once these intitial targets are met (1012/8004/495), we will have only completed 1 of A. The subsequent 50% retracement rally will be the completion of 2 of A. The following more significant %wise decline into the end of October will be 3 of A. I'll see targets for the 4th wave rally as we get towards the end of October, and will certainly share those as soon as they are known.

As you can see this A wave could itself last 6 months or more, that entails a B wave rally that lasts at least probably twice as long, then a C wave decline that lasts the same amount of time as the A wave. So I'm quite confident a LT bullish scenario will not raise its head for the major U.S. indices for a couple years, although certain sectors may offer the opportunity to see appreciation. However, after this rally into September ends, I would think there will be no safe place in U.S. equities.

Regards,

David
