9:30 PST is way too late in day for that kind of announcement. But to be honest guys, everyone who thinks LU takes us out on Oct 1, you should re-think the situation. The companies start talks let's say on October 5, they do due dili for three to five weeks and then negotiate for another 2 weeks, and it is past Thanksgiving. This is a late November/early December deal. Oh, it will happen but it will take time due to appearances.
