william..you have really been here long enough to know my position. I do not recco naked puts unless to protect from market crash. I would use cpq for that. but, for an industry downturn ..I say forget cpq..use another company. why get 1mm to fight foreman when they pay you 5mm to fight bozo the clown.... you better keep your bear postiions to gate or MU. w/o a market downturn copmaq put will not pay off. there is only about 23 trading days left on jan puts. To buy naked options on cpq w/o a read on market crash is just gambling with options..I don't recco that.
