watchful signs for a decline in TLC:

1)more insiders selling especially as the end of the 60 day freeze on mgmt options nears,
2) over hang of all convertible shares with expiring conversion dates,
3) head & shoulders chart emerging,
4) retailing going flat especially if the flip side of the wealth effect of stockmarket kicks in,
5) revenue expansion by the use of mail in rebates is signalling trouble within the industry,
6) more & more investors examine why TLC does not use "net revenues"
on the op stmt, and watch the impact of high returns.

investors will pay dearly for all the hype.
