Hello Mr. Crawford, Your analysis of the arbitrage play, and entering the TLAB side first, was excellent. See #reply-5508246 Not having that analysis in hand, I simply took the 5 1/4 point spread. The cc was reassuring, but the NYTimes article posted here this morning is troubling. I'm hoping that trial balloons are not being floated by some fund (or by dissident management) in an effort to derail this thing. By the way, I had meant to get rid of some LU as well, but failed to do so. Would you be anxious to sell if you had a position? Best, Gary Korn
