LF, When you pick apples, beware of Snow White's step mother. <G> Conagra is a good co. and I like commodities, in general. However, CAG stock is just now reaching its 1996 levels, and the dividend is not much to brag about. The earnings are flopping around, but have not yet headed south, which is due to some of the savviest commodity traders north of Houston. <BG> A first third here wouldn't hurt my feelings, but I am waiting for a 3 1/2% yield. May not get there, but if we get a whiff of deflation, it is a done deal. MB
