Ed, Art,

There is a high degree of frustration on my part, do to the fact, that I am not convinced we are over the hump where the entertainment division is concerned. TCI is absolutely holding our technology hostage. We cannot move off of dead center until they throw the switch. That could easily be six months from now. Do yourselves a favor, call TCI Dallas and see what is actually going on.

I have no doubt that there are quite a few things going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of, but IMHO we are missing the first part of the digital wave. There are a lot of small investors out there who have been in this for a number of years now and are not deriving any profit for their loyalty. I think we are getting short changed by ACTV at this point. Another six month wait is unacceptable, the digital revolution is NOW. Our management is not representing us, they are looking at their own self interests. Unacceptable.

I think the deal has been cut for the long term future of this company. There are those at the top who see themselves as big time cable executives in the near future and will do anything to pacify TCI. Unacceptable. Our technology is ready to go NOW, not six months from now.

As I stated, I agree with RC's assessment, I think we are looking at a $15 - $20 a share buy out. We will NEVER reach our full potential.
