Rhombic did pretty well by getting the IEC technology for 3m of it's shares. 1.5m of those shares are restricted and were not supposed to be freed up until 2000ish. Rockford probably expected a higher share price to emerge after the deal...not sure what they're thinking, but Rockford is compounding their problems by selling illegally... SR
