The problems currently being experienced in your area with fast
busy signals and operator messages are due to overburdened telephone
circuits, and not to a lack of resources on USWest.net's end. The
problem is one that is related to the telephone equipment in the
area, and even though we share the USWest name, we have no more
influence, by statute, with the telephone company, than does any
other ISP. We have reported the problem, and from that point on, can
do no more. You may call your local telephone business office to
check on the progress of the situation and to see what their
timetable is in bringing this problem to a conclusion.

The Problem is not computer related...It's old outdated curcuits,, & overcrowded ...I have an Idea what yer talkin about,,,but they can't handle the problems they have now,, why worry about new technology.....
Lets patch the hole in the hen house roof before we build a new barn...
