You need to go back and review Clinton's performance in office since
1993. He was a laughingstock the first three years. Foreign leaders were ignoring him as he tried to lecture them (which is a bad habit of his and Hillary's) on the "correct" action on various matters. He brought in outsiders in to run his office and advise him. He rode the coattails of an economy that revived in late 1992 in the aftermath of the S&L Bailout. He has no accomplishments to date. You also need to review the various scandals of his administrations and pre-administration. I suggest you visit the PBS site for starters.
