Starowl, you are right, that article sure makes it sound like Symbios makes 18 GB hard drives. The word availability does give a hint, though, that it may be someone elses. I'll check at work tomorrow. The up to 1.8 Terabyte, and Fibre Channel as well as SCSI interface availability make Symbios sound more like EMC all the time. Did someone say that Wilf was doing a conference call about Symbios soon? I really want to hear that one. It seems to me that, in Symbios, LSI should have a company poised to take advantage of the storage explosion, which has been and will continue to be moving faster than that of CPU's. What am I missing here? Tony Woops, just realized that this is the Adaptec thread, not LSI. Sorry about the LSI/Symbios banter.
