Screening/timing mutual funds/sector funds

1) The Chartist, POB 758, Seal Beach, CA 90740. Dan Sullivan is one of the best market timers according to Hulbert Financial Services. He has a mutual fund timing service. His stock service is $250 for two years. Assume mutual fund service is same or cheaper.

2) Vomund Invest Services, dvomund@visalert.com. David is another top market timer, and has a sector rotation service as well as a stock service. David uses AIQ software for market timing, stock and sector selection. Each service about $200 per year, or less.

3) California Technology Stock Letter (CTSL), POB 308, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019, (650) 726-8495, www.ctsl.com/newworld.html. Michael Murphy does some extensive personal research on the companies he follows. Also manages three mutual funds in tech. and biotech. areas only. Can download prospectus from web site. Newsletter about $300 per year. I believe one free sample of the newsletter is offered.

4) Dorsey Wright and Associates (DWA), www.dorseywright.com. Don't forget to use Tom's mutual fund service to check and aid your selection process. It's a real deal ($25 each per month for the stock and the mutual services, ar about $40 for both per month. Two weeks free trial for the stock service; not sure if a mutuals free trial exists.

I use all of the above stock services.

Good luck.
Dennis
