Per one security industry spokesman last week in Seattle, small cap companies (under $300mm cap) are 40% below their 52-week highs. And, with large cap and medium cap companies also depressed, there are good buying opportunities with these larger companies. Unless your money is already in the penny market, why not buy some recognized companies which are less risky?
