Mr Stark: Why don't you, or at least someone from your office, start a thread on Silicon Investor? (and maybe some of the other boards also...yahoo, motley fool) I am sure that there are many questions that people would like to ask the SEC. I don't mean just about specific stocks, but general questions, also. I know I would like to know how the 10-b rule (5) is applicable, if at all, on these "chat" boards. law.uc.edu (link for the reader, obviously not for you) Both in the positive and negative directions of the postings. Thank you for any attention paid to this post.
