Here's something of further interest. In his first post about Stockjustice, LH said:
BUT, they feel the heat from shareholders, they are trying to release some steam. They know what's going on, they know about Stock Justice. If you can, hold on for the suit. If you sell now you can not be involved and they know this. Shareholders will try to go after whatever they can. Stock Justice is speaking with a law firm as of now.

This, of course, is not true, as has been pointed out by more than one contributor to the thread. It is only necessary that the individual have owned the stock within a specified time period, and that he have lost money.
And now for a couple of LH's subsequent posts:
Read my past post it's what I been saying all along, HOLD!

J.F.K - I am still holding, me and my 2 partners, 275,000 shares. It's not about the bashers this time, what they say can not hurt this stock anymore. What it is about is shareholder concerns, shareholder pride, shareholder unity and many people share this thought with me, check out Stock Justice, stockjustice.com last I checked it was 103 shareholders with 3,298,117 shares who are joining together, for what? We shall see.

Last he "checked"?? Wouldn't "last I posted the statistics" have been more accurate? A little disingenuous?
There appear to me to be two themes here: hang onto your MTEI stock, and sign up at the Stockjustice site.
