Marc, you're welcome. Joe Copia originally discovered USTI several months back. It was an amazing find then, but the more we learn about it, the better it looks.

Now that USTI shows profits, it is my belief that they will find it easier to show profits in subsequent quarters. That is due to the number of new releases that are Y2K compliant going out to old customers as well as new. Also, this is due to their paring down staff and becoming a streamlined operation.

Not only is there volumes of info available on this less than a nickle stock [highly unusual], but the company NEVER hypes itself [likewise highly irregular with pennies]. I have had the hardest time finding press releases other than their quarterly filings. They post news, updates and other info directly on their website for the convenience of their customer base.

I know little of their MMs, etc. But I do know that the 40 mil outstanding is 75 percent owned by about a half dozen shareholders. The remaining 10 mil or so float seems to be in steady hands. I am suggesting this is based on the fact that the average shares traded daily are about 50k and when just 10k worth of stock value gets traded the stock begins to jump like it has low float. There have been shorters in this, but I do not know the current short interest.

The next 3-4 days movement and activity should be very interesting on USTI. Spread tightened on Friday, so it is getting ready to move.
I plan to hold USTI long, even after.
