Keith, I know you all are working hard to solve this stock's problems and I don't want to be unnecessarily bitter or negative about the prospects of recovery here. That said,the question I have to ask the board members is simply is the board planning on addressing the many lies and omissions of Jack Arnold? It's very distressing that from where he sits,he stands to benefit from the rape of CVIA by WOTD and the new plans the new BOD is putting forward. I read your earlier message about this subject and I understand completely what you were saying but going forward, the company runs the risk of a class action, I believe,directed at Jack Arnold's previous activities. I would probably not initiate this,but I could see it coming up especially if you achieve any success with your new plans. Does the board view this as a surmountable problem or even a problem at all? This is the last thing I'll say on this matter,thanks for listening,regards,Paul
