The question as to whether or not it is covered by FDA rules would most likely be answered best by the link I provided.

There is also a link to Freedom of information, which has some descriptions.
I am not an attorney so I don't know which apply, or if any at all.

What people read on a board concerning regulations should be checked out with the agency that makes them.
It really doesn't matter which side is saying what.
Then you will have the definitive answer.

As far as this product goes, who knows?
Aspartame is a nasty product, as is the other one, IMO.
But who am I?

The public would probably welcome a new product like this if it's true.

I think if one starts with whether or not it can be sold here, then the next steps can be taken.

I am all for the shareholders, and hope you all make out, but at least find out what the status is
vis a vis the FDA.
