CTXS shares have been beaten up pretty badly recently. Are they a good 'small stock' to own?

What do they do for a living, and are people going to buy what they make? Will their recent torrid growth continue? Who are their competitors?

There seem to be so many battered 'small stocks' in the networking and selected software sectors, that it's had to make a choice.
