Suggested recourse:

Call Marvin Zindler at KTRK, Channel 13 News in Houston:

Marvin Zindler is famous for the Chicken Ranch brothel he shut down in Texas years ago:

(ref.: houston.sidewalk.com )

I am told by a VERY knowledgeable investor in Houston that this investigative reporter can accomplish a LOT when he sees a good case of the "little guy" being taken. And like it or not, we were taken. I'm just not positive by whom. I saw some very bright people get snookered into this one. Personally, I KNEW Joe Gort was a crook, but I let myself go against my instincts and believe for a moment that he really no longer had any involvement. In the end, we have to take responsibility for our actions, even when we are misled. But that doesn't mean we can't go after the bad guys.

And Marvin Zindler might be the way to do it. If he takes on the case, there is NO FINANCIAL OBLIGATION to possibly crooked lawyers, and the investors would get the attention they might need to seek further legal recourse.

Let's all learn a lesson. I have several and SHOULD be getting smart after losses here, DGIV, INFE, etc. When we hear "This one's gonna fly. Trust me," stop. And THINK!

Raven and P.S.

Who knows who got to dump some at 0.375 on Friday?
