traderdan and all, Ecsoft group plc is a nasdaq traded company ( symbol ecsgy ). It closed Friday at 26 5/8. There is also a thread here on SI, although there are only 6 posts and the last one was Nov. 18 1997. Don't know if you all knew this info but this Ecsoft sounds like a pretty solid co. to me.
