Even though I'm a CMGI s/h, I don't believe the NYT article was as significant and positive as you've suggested. First, the front page itself didn't mention CMGI or Engage by name. Second, the article is about Engage's products potentially implicating people's privacy. Though the article does indicate Engage has received some big contracts of late, its overall tone is one of skepticism re what Engage does w/ people's personal info. The article hardly trumpets Engage and/or CMGI's prospects. It's nice to get some big-time press, but the article basically questions what Engage is doing. Is that the kind of press we/CMGI want? Perhaps, but not definitely -- Scott.
