Jim,

For the most part, I agree with much of your statements.

"My view therefore is that whatever agreements may be forthcoming will be very significant and more far-reaching than we can imagine. This might explain why nobody in Texas knows anything about ACTV. This is probably a " need to know " situation."

This statement in particular, has great implications of things to come. I think you are all in for a very rude awakening as to the intent of management. Any number of deals could be cut that would moderately pacify the small stock holders. My worry is full valuation of the patents. What are they worth? We have no idea at this point. Why have we not rolled out with Dallas? We could have given our service away initially and gained a much needed exposure to a broad base audience.

This is the real world of business, folks, IMHO, we will never see ACTV market this product as ACTV. It will be called something else and controlled by Liberty Media and sold through TCI. Education will be spun off into a separate company. We will NEVER see the full value of the entertainment side as ACTV stockholders.

The top management of this company could sell it right out from under us in a heartbeat and walk away with contracts within the cable and entertainment industry that could far exceed the sale of their stock and the company. It happens every day, this is business, not your wishful thinking. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about it. Management has control of the majority of voting stock. That five dollar figure that RC threw out in one of his posts could be alluding to hard reality, will see.
