Hey Moghul!
Did you write the Far City piece? It had a point. But was grossly labored and unsubtle. If that worked on Emile, good luck. That shows his level of reception.
I feel that your (you tapped me once, I believe, with a don't asskiss comment about a post in which I had adulated Chrissy) continued attempts to be rational with such as Michael (creedlessly inane) and Emile (creedfully insane) denigrate you. (I imagine myself trying to persuade the dog that barks on the other side of my alley to stop barking all the time because this results in his being locked up in the cellar most of the time instead of being given free access to his owners' back yard. The dog understands my reasoned approach as much, no more, no less, than the Emiles and Michaels whom you are speaking to, not with.)
I only write this because you seem in charge of yourself, cocky, concise, creative (in a limited manner). And yet, it seems, you do not recognize the fact that those with whom you are pleading are rocks, or mudbuckets, or what-the-beaches-are-often- closed-for.
Terry must be in terrible shape, having recently self-destructed - and having realized it, in some tender-loving-care facility. Emile at al will never self-destruct - beaten over the heads though they may be. They are invincible, rocks, or mudbuckets, or - and so on. geo |
