If you go back to Post Number 3039 on the HEC thread (the start of the great "Floorless" revelation) and follow it by plowing through the three to four weeks of posts thereafter, you will be able to read the ever-changing and ever-evolving definition and description of "floorless" financings, including references to a number of companies who allegedly committed financial suicide or whose management was in cahoots with "floorless bandits" by engaging in such.

Further, there is a sparsely-posted-to "floorless financing" subject thread on SI, which can be accessed at:

and which has had a rousing total of just over 50 posts in over 6 months.

IMHO that I speak for many, many others in saying it has been beaten to death here and does not appear to be applicable to the HEC situation.
